The Automatic Winding Machine DM0605 began to develop in August 2016. With the joint efforts of our R&D team, it has lasted more than 3 years, and now it has successfully launched two kinds of automatic winding machines, namely A tube and Y tube.Mainly used for yarn winding and forming, suitable for all kinds of yarn.

1. Automatic pipe feeding and doffing system

1) Full range of intelligent control technology instead of manual, so that the machine performance to reach and better than the foreign advanced level, switching power supply, intelligent tension device, automatic pipe feeding, automatic doffing, automatic wire cutting, automatic line insertion, automatic pipe drop, accurate and fast action.

2. Precision control system

Automatic control line speed, can set 300~1,200 meters per minute line speed.Adopts high performance servo motor to guide yarn, the highest thread speed can reach 1200m/min, the production efficiency is increased five times, the labor cost and the operation intensity of workers are reduced, the operation is simple and convenient.

2) Control system, easily touch screen and flexibly set the winding ratio, pattern speed ratio, back pressure ,tension and other parameters, in order to achieve a perfect molding effect.

3) Brushless motor drive.It can intelligently trim the Angle, soft edge density, all these characteristics to ensure a uniform yarn arrangement.

4) Disconnection device and length measuring device.

When the yarn broken, this spindle will be automatically stop work by the yarn sensor.And also use autocomputer counts the meter, without passing through the wheel or the roller, the accuracy is ±0.5 %.The encoder is used to detect and control the speed to ensure the consistency of yarn production.

3. Oiling, energy saving, dustproof system

1)Direct spraying of digital oil.Automatic.High speed winding machine digital direct spray oil.And the configuration of oil drum stirring speed regulation system and heating system, the oil rate is uniform, and can automatically track the oil supply according to the winding speed to achieve accurate and constant refueling, to ensure the oil supply.

2)More energy efficient.The motor power is 280 W/spindle. Compared with the traditional winding machine, the energy saving is 70%.

3)Machine have PS dust cove of each spindle to avoid dust accumulation. When the dust cover opened, the spindle will automatically stopped . Safe operation.
